RTM SMS - Telesign Integration

Hi all,
 
Using a Trigger on Appt creation, 
 
I have an appointment booking. 3 slots on the same day with different times.
 
RTM SMS (Telesign Integration) sends out 3 SMS, all with the first appointment slot.
 
Please can anyone tell me how to configure to get all 3 different appointment slot SMS. I have tried using segments, same issue.

    Can you explain this in detail?
    Does it mean one appointment record but with three time periods? Or are there 3 appointment records?
    If so, could you attach a screenshot .

    A contact books 3 appoint records. With 3 different time slots. 
     
     
    I receive 3 SMS messages. All with the 09:00 time. Like i mentioned, i have tried using segments but it did not work. Same issue.
