No record found.
Hello,
We have Wave 2 enabled on the online version. I have set the Qualify Lead Experience to NO in System Settings but we are not presented with the dialog box to choose which records to create from the qualified lead.
Is there something else I should check/turn on?
Thanks,
Beth
Hi JonesEA,
Your system administrator defines what happens to a lead when it is qualified: If your system administrator has set Create Account, Contact, and Opportunity records by default upon qualifying a lead to No, you will be prompted to choose what records to create when the lead is qualified (account, contact, or opportunity).
The ‘Qualify lead experience’ dialog only works in Sales Hub app.
This dialog does not appear in other apps, including Sales.
Please check if you qualified lead in Sales Hub.
Also, please check that you are following the steps in this document exactly: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/define-lead-qualification-experience
Ahhh....that explains it. I was expecting to see it in the Sales app. Thanks, Lu Hao.
I followed the instructions just didn't use Sales Hub.
Something is missing somewhere.
I installed Sales Hub in our sandbox and tried this again. It's not giving me options for what to create when a lead is qualified in Sales Hub either.
Before I qualified the lead I made sure settings were correct -- System Settings > Sales > Qualify lead experience set to NO.
This is strange.
Could you check what version of your solution 'msdyn_SalesApp' is? Is it up to date?
If it is not the latest version, please upgrade it in the solution in Dynamics 365 Administration Center.
My apologies for the delay. . .
We have version 9.0.1912.3031 installed in the sandbox. No available update is showing.
Please use another browser and try again.
If you still encounter this problem, I would recommend you raise a support ticket.
This suddenly started working yesterday in Sales (not Sales Hub). Yay!
But now the sales team wants all the default answer on Opportunity to be YES as well.
Currently the default is Yes on Accounts and Contacts but No on Opportunity.
Is it possible to change the defaults?
As far as I know, this is impossible.
