Attract, Onboard and Core HR connection

Hi Everyone, 

I have doubts in relation to connection and data synchronization in  Attract, Onboard and Core HR application.

1.How Attract can be connected with Core HR talent application? Has there been any connection?

   Example: I have created a job and applicant in Attract, finished with offer preparation and done with on-boarding process. Am not able to find this employee or job in Core HR.

2.How On Board can be connected with Attract application. Has there been any connection?

   Example: How we can synchronize the applicants with status closed data in the Onboard application to initiate the on-boarding process for the applicants.

3.How On Board can be connected with Core HR application. Has there been any connection?

  Example: One of the applicant has completed all the stages in the On-boarding process, How the employee data and details can be migrated to Core HR.

    Hi Ruchi,

    1. When a candidate accepts an offer, the candidate will show up in Core HR Personnel management under candidates to hire. This usually refreshes once every 24 hours or if you navigate to the candidates to hire page, the list is refreshed ad-hoc then.

    2. For Attract->Onboard experience, you can turn on that capability from Attract Admin center -> Offer process settings. Once the candidate accepts the offer, you will see them show up in Onboard home page or it can be kicked off from the Attract Offer stage as well.

    3. We do not have any Onboard - Core HR integrations at the moment. But please submit this to our ideas forum.
