Hi Forum experts,

Please, could you help me, if we have Templates / Segments / Customer Journey Templates created in D365 Marketing, which one and how we need to migrate to the new email editor? Have any documentation about that?

Hi,

No special operations are required.

The new experience is just an improvement of the email designer, which makes the editing easier.

Here is the documentation about it:

In theory, it is compatible with the original Marketing Email template.

No feedback has been received on incompatibility either.

If you encounter any problems during use, you could raise them separately.
