Line by line charges on Invoice

Hi All,

Is there any way to see charges line by line on an invoice, rather than summarized...specifically on a free text invoice. 

For example, if we had $20 for freight, $10 for admin fee, etc...we could see each of these as a line item, rather than summarized as charges?

    Hello RoDAXGal,

    I assume that you refer to the Totals form on the free text invoice form, right?

    If you include multiple charge codes on your free text invoice you will only be able to identify the sum of those charges in the Totals form - that's the main aim of this form.

    @Ludwig, and I assume also on the printed Free Text Invoice, which also shows only a total of the charges.

    @RoDAXGal - if its the printed Free Text Invoice document, I don't know of any way in standard to split out the charges. It became possible to do this on Sales order invoices in R3 (Parameter 'Print charges' -> 'Show details'), but this is not available on FTI.

    I still can't print charges detail line by line as you mentioned , is there any hint to do that? .. I use demo data with CU9.
