Dear All,
Kindly note that we deployed Microsoft CRM in our company where local and remote users are working on it.
Remote users reach the server through VPN tunnels but they are always complaining about service slowness which is not the case for local users.
We have monitored the server/database performance during the troubleshooting process and no malfunctions were detected.
The MTU size on the VPN tunnels is set to 1240.
Could the MTU be the problem and is there any prefered value for the MTU that suits CRM?
