Hi folks,
I want to do Microsoft Training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 but there are two types of training that are on Microsoft dynamics 365 customizations or configuration and extending Microsoft dynamics 365. So basically I want to know what is the difference between customization or configuration and extending Microsoft dynamics 365?
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi Priyanka,
I would say customization by configuration is done by clicks and extentions are made by coding. There used to be an exam "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration". Many functional consultants took this exam. Now there are new role based exams MB-200 and various exams featuring one domain (sales, customer service, marketing, field service). If you are a developer, you should take MB-400.
