I'm looking at ways to develop integration between field service and business centre using power automate. Does 365 Field service can be synched to Dataverse?

What you need is Dual-write, which provides data integration across Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Please refer to the following documentation to know more about it.

Even though the link above refers to roadmap plan, if you create a Flow in Power Automate you will see a connector for Business Central with lots of available actions. And to avoid misunderstanding - Field Service IS based on Dataverse, there is no need for sync on that side.
