By a trading environment i mean a company where relationships include vendors, suppliers and agency agreements along with customers and contacts. i wonder what is the best ERP solution for such organization. i have read a little about xRM, i could not comprehend how can i develop my CRM into xRM system. i appreciate any suggestions. thank you in advance.

CRM (xRM) is a great platform to create and maintain various business type relationships, but you will probably want to integrate it to a true ERP platform for accounting and finance needs.
