Hi,
I would like to know the maximum number of Rule Items in a Routing rule ? Is there a limit ?

Hi Franck,
The Routing Rule Set / Rules is basically a workflow behind the scenes. No limitation that I know of on the number of rule items (steps).

You can create 10 rulesets per workstream, and for each ruleset, you can create up to 100 rule items.
