heres my problem... I have an entity with the main form capturing a customer service enquiry. Whilst this enquiry is taking place, I want the Knowledge Base Search on the form to 'auto suggest' articles based on a 'Enquiry Reason' field I have. However, the Knowledge Base Search function on the form only works once the case has been saved and otherwise is locked. Once it has been saved it then allows me to link articles etc to this case as it should. However I was wondering if it was possible to 'unlock' the search function before the case has been saved meaning knowledge articles can be searched for during the case creation.
