I need to configure a leave type where employees are credited 15 leaves will get credited in employee's account but employee will be able to avail that only after 8 months of service and the leaves needs to be prorated based on the employee's joining date.
I configured the following:
And I enrolled the employee with employment start date where his start date is 1st March, 2023. My expectation was when he completes 8 months he should be entitled for 12.5 leaves but even though the employee has joined in Mar he is able to see 15 days leaves.
Am I missing something in configuration.
Please advise.
