I have setup a new Busienss Process Bar, and need to update a load of records imported to a later stage on the process bar, as they are all at the last stage, and not the first now. How do i do this please?
Each step creates a new entity, but they are there and assoicated to the imported records already.
I have looked and can see in advace find the Prosess ID and Stage ID, but the latter is blank when i export, despite if i select 3 records on each of the stages,

If you are using on-premise version, you could insert the record based on different stage by using SQL.

It is not clear what exactly you are trying to achieve. Could you please share more information?
I understand that you’re seeing discrepancy in BPF completion between records.
What I would recommend, create a brand new record & move the stages, verify the difference between this record & an imported record for BPF entity fields - stageid & traversedpath.
You have to bulk update the same for all those imported records.
