CRM 2016 Word Template - Repeating Table within parent entity fields

Hi,

I would appreciate some guidance here:

I have a new Entity with a relationship with Contacts. This entity has a word template that acts as a certificate for each contact. I have created a table with a single cell that occupies an entire page.
The contact fields are repeated correctly, but the fields of the parent entity are not displayed.

This is an example of the Word Template:

Yellow field is the field from Contact Entity and the fields in green are the fields of my custom entity

This is the result

The relationship between my custom entity and contact is N:N.

The word template is for my custom entity that contains the name of the contact and some fields of the custom entity.

What is the relationship between your custom entty & contact. This word template is for custom entity or contact entity?
