Hello community,

I would like to the MB-220 exam and was wondering if you have any advice in approaching the studying and the exam?

Are there resources out there that can help with studying?

Hey Graham.

You can start by taking the learning paths on docs.microsoft.com/.../mb-220 (15 mondules, 4 learning paths).

I've seen some practice exams on Udemy. Also on CloudAcademy you have several trainings related to the new features released.

there are also different programs for practicing for the exam. Question/Answer-Programs like CertBolt probably will help you too.

I can also recommend the Microsoft Webinars from Microsoft MVPs like Neil Parkhurst. [VTS] is the webinar.

The MB-220 exam isn’t too bad if you go in well-prepared. It focuses heavily on marketing functionalities, customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics within Dynamics 365. Make sure you have hands-on experience with the platform if possible, that was a game-changer for me.

Go through each module thoroughly in MS learning paths. Getting a practice test was absolutely critical for me. I used Study4Exam for the MB-220 practice test, and it was incredibly helpful. The questions were very similar to the real exam, and it gave me a clear idea of how well I was prepared.

Try to get access to a Dynamics 365 Marketing environment. This helped me connect the theory to the actual application, especially when studying things like customer insights or lead management. The exam is more about understanding concepts than memorizing stuff.
