There is no specific accelerator that is built for Hotel Management, however, you may be able to manipulate the Dynamics 365 Media and Entertainment accelerator to fit your needs.
This accelerator comes shipped with some tables that may fit the hotel management sector:
- Guest / Guest Category / Loyalty Programs
- Venues / Facilities / Hours of Operation (Hotels / Rooms)
- Registrations / Promo Codes / Admissions
It may be a stretch, but at least it would give you a starting point to work from rather than starting base-new.

Besides that, there is nothing built that would be considered Hotel Management, but I would say using out-of-box tables such as Account, Contact, Lead, Facilities, etc. could be manipulated for hotel-based solutions.
