the menu item with name salestablelistpage could not be opened

Dears,
Really I need your help in below issue that happened after I clear all personalization in specific menu item (Salestablelistpage)  for specific user  
and in personalization page standard view is missing for the mentioned menu item.

I think this issue because there is no standard view for the mentioned menu item for this user,
trying to copy standard view or import it but I coud not cause of error saying that:
Platform locked personalization's are not valid in this scenario.

    Please give us more information.

    First of all, are you saying that it happens just for a single user? When did it start happening?

    Are you able to reproduce it in a non-production environment?

    Yes it just for a single user ,

    It starts after I clear personalozation (including standard  view) for the mentioned menu item for this user.

    I couldn't reproduce it in test environment.

    I tried to copy standard view because it is missing for this menu item for the user but error appears

    Hi Roaa,

    Can you tell how you deleted the personalizations? How did you remove the standard view?

    What exactly have you done to get the errors you shared in your last reply?

    Hello André ,

    From user options then personalization, using filter of page name then clear views.

    I did the same in test environment, but menu item open normally for a user and standard view appears directly in user views (personalization section) automatically after clear it.

    I tried to copy standard view from another user to this one, after that this error appears.

    So, this was performed with help of the standard options via the user interface. Are the test and production environment on the same application version?

    Yes , same version.

    what I should check in order to solve this problem ? I found threads talking about same issue (could not open menu item xxx) but the reasons were different.

    But (object refernce is not set to an instance of object) I want to know more about it please.

    There is no universal solution. "Could not open menu item" simply means that an error was thrown when trying to open the form. It may be any code throwing any error.

    And "object reference is not set to an instance of object" means that some code was trying to access an object that hasn't been constructed at all.

    Hi Roaa,

    Error is throwing from standard class named "FormRunConfigurationSerializer" - isValid(Method name) - This method is called from the another standard class "FormRunConfigurationSerializers" - "SaveToUser".

    There is a table named "FormRunConfiguration" - In this table there is a field named Scope which is a enum field - So they are validating this field in the above class - Try to debug these classes to get some idea about the issue.

    Also error which shows "PlatformLocked" is one of the enum elements of the Scope field.

    Also try clearing the usage data for the particular user and check.
