If a person is being called by a person who is in CRM as Contact, is it than possible to show the following data in his mobile phone:
Name of the contact
E-mail address of the contact
Mobile phone number of the contact
Perhaps it is not possible to do this in CRM with a link to the iPhone, but perhaps it can be done through "Contacts" in the iPhone.
Print screen "iPhone 1" --> Contacts app on the iPhone
Print screen "iPhone 2" --> Choose "Groups"
Print screen "iPhone 3" --> Add an extra group called "CRM contacts"
Is something like this possible?
