Good day all. Our client is accessing GP via the Web Client. Sometimes they would want to copy a value in a field and paste it in another. We have noticed that in the Web Client if you select data and then try to right-click to access the context menu it pops up with disabled options. Is it a bug in the web client or there is something we are not doing right?
Those who have experienced this you can share your experience or solution.

You are correct that this is a known quality issue with version 18.3 of the program, in which the right-click options no longer function:
CR 93588: Web Client 18.3 DVD install Web Client Runtime DLL’s causing right click options (Cut/Copy/Paste) to be greyed out and not work
As this is an open issue in the programs, keyboard shortcuts may be an effective workaround until the quality issue is addressed in a future release:
