First of all, look into event logs. Then give us more information about what you're doing (you tagged the question with "Install and Upgrade", so maybe you're in a middle of an upgrade or who knows), whether it happens every time and so on.

There are many reasons for this, share more details as per Martin

    Hi Martin,

Sorry,I wrongly select tag Install and Upgrade.

It's happened in my client machine when i am going to open AX application.

    Thanks!

Collect a crash dump, then use the crash dump analysis tool available on the LifeCycle Services portal.

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../crash-and-hang-analysis-on-lcs

According to a comment it is also capable to check client-side dumps.

    Ways to collect dumps:

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../what-to-do-if-you-have-a-crash

Other than that there are some things to check:

    • make sure your AX client and server executable files are on the same AX kernel version, by checking it in the properties of the executable file
    • clean up Application User Cache (*.auc) files in the user folder where you run the client (administrative command prompt > cd C:\Users then > del *.auc /s)
    • make sure you have error-free CIL generated
    • sometimes throwing out the usage data for your user account can also address such issues

    Thanks Vilmos

A crash dump is a logical next step, but looking into the event log and reviewing when it happened should be the first step, in my opinion.
