we have a strange problem here with our Dynamics App for Outlook: when you open the Dynamics Add-On it first seems to work correctly. Mostly it does, but once in a while it happens quite often the for some users (and it's not always the same users) the displayed information in the pane is not refreshed. For example you track an e-mail, it shows you that it worked, then you click on your next e-mail and now the pane should refresh an display the information of the current e-mail. and that doesn't happen. you still see the information of the last one.
what i have found out so far by google and different microsoft sites: the internet explorer browser cache has to be cleared. YES, this seems to work. But only for a while. that might be it works for 2 days or longer, it might also not work 5 e-mails further. i omplemented a startup script that cleans every temporary folder that is in relation to the Internet Explorer, and also temporary user files. That seemed to have a great effect, but still this problem reoccurs. This seemd to be the only known solution i found. However it just doesn't work for a long time. You either have to close and open the Dynamics pane for every e-mail (which is really annoying) or you need to close and open outlook itself (which is even more annoying).
some one knows this and has a solution?
