Why I don't see the right number of e-mail opened in the marketing analytics?

In the marketing insight of the marketing e-mail part, I don't see the right number of the e-mail opened. I notice that is wrong since the unique clicks are higher than the e-mail opened. How is it possible? How can I adjust this problem?

Unique clicks - I think they count all links in the email.... So If I open an email, and clicks 3 of those links, that is 1 open mail and 3 clicks. OR, it could be that thre recipient does not load images automatically in the email client, thus Marketing has no way of knowing if it is opened or not. But when I click the link, I always counts. So potentially I could open the mail and it is not counted, but I click a link and it is counted.

Counting mail is done by an invisible image in the mail which "calls home" when opened...

    Hi Gruppo,

As Ola Sandness said, if recipient does not load images automatically in the email client, it can make e-mail opened number is incorrect.

I have encountered this situation before and the solution is shown below:

1.Make recipient open the marketing in the outlook on the web.

    2.Set outlook client:

Navigate to Files > Options > Trust center
