Form visualization problem

Hi everyone.

I have a custom form, a lookup form, that when I was testing the code, somehow It started to work bad. It appears like a grey square. But if a change forms name It works fine.

When I was testing It, It didn´t disappear or close, so i did right click and select hide option, so I don´t know if dynamics has any kind of record that It has to be hidden...

I tried to backup but the problem maintains.

    It's called personalization - users can hide controls, add fields to grids and do such things. It's stored in SysLastValue table (usage data).

    You can easily delete all personalization from GUI, or you can find just the record for your form and delete it, leaving other personalization intact.

    If I remember it right, you should go to File > Tools > Options and then find the Usage Data button.

    If you right-click the form with a hidden element, you may also get an option to unhide it

    This is exactly : File > Tools >Development Tools > Application Objects > Usage Data button.

    I deleted forms storaged info and It fix.
