I have a lookup field in my form, which shows Change View option at the end of the list. How can we remove or hide it?

    Hi Partner,

You can disable the "Change View" option however you cannot hide or remove it from the lookup control.

Navigate to Settings -> Customization -> Customize my System -> Expand Entities -> Select the entity  -> Open the Form -> Double click on the entity for which you need to disable the change view

Once the Field properties page is open -> Scroll down to Field properties section and select the View selector as "Off"

Hi Akash, I tried this solution already but unfortunately I am not getting the Additional Properties section in my field properties. Is there any way to get that additional properties?

    Hi Partner,

Is this field being used in BPF or this affected field is in Normal form. A screenshot might help here of the affected field

    Hi Akash,

It is used in Product Main Form which is a normal form and the lookup is from the Price List entity lookup.

    Hi Partner

Yes for this specific field the "Additional Properties" dialog box is not available in current version of CRM online.

You can create a support ticket with Microsoft for this issue as this can be turned out as By design or a product bug.

Like I answered in Stack Overflow, this is by design.
