End dates in the system show up as 1 day later in reports

Hi

We are using D365, 10.0.29. We noticed even since the previous version 10.0.27. When HR terminate an employee, let's say today December 19 time: 11.59.59. The termination date will shown December 20.
Is here any workaround to correct this
