Stacked Charts not working in Dynamics

Hi,

Is anyone having issues with stacked charts not working in MS Dynamics? When I select stacked bar/column chart, just a regular bar.column chart appears. I have exporting the XML and the Chart Tye is defined as stacked but it still does not display correctly.

Hi Tue,

The fix for this bug will be released in the latest update.

The patch release version and time are also determined by the D365 region, which is basically 5.17 and 5.18.

4.3 train build: 9.1.0000.4628 - 5/18/2019

4.4 train build: 9.1.0000.4827 - 5/18/2019

4.5 train build: 9.1.0000.5018 - 5/17/2019

If your D365 region is Boydton (GCC), the patch release time is 5/24/2019.

Also, if you are anxious to fix this bug, I recommend that you raise a Premier/Unified support request in the Power Platform.

Hi Lu Hao, we are a MS partner and are experiencing this issue across all our customers' environments which is causing great inconvenience across the board. Can you kindly do whatever possible to escalate and prioritise this issue?

I tested it in my UCI and it does have this issue.

I have reported it to the back office engineer.

If there is any progress, I will reply the post here.

Hi,

I've the same issue.

The chart works fine in the Default Solution, but once I try to use it in my Model-Driven Apps (Unified Interface), the chart doesn't correspond to the view related...

See below the same chart/view :

- to the left, it is via the Unified Interface

- to the right, it is in the Default Solution

<----->

The result is always the same event if

- I try with different users

- I try with different browser

- I try with different device (browser or app from the smartphone)

If someone has an idea, it would be more than welcome :)

Hi partner,

I tested it in my environment and didn't have this problem.

So we better check these things:

1. Please clear your browser cache and cookies, try another browser to see if it works. Do other members of your team have this problem?

2. The process of creating a stacked chart:

3. The data of the Stacked Chart:

Try creating a stacked chart for different entities and different views, to see if this problem will occur.

Also, what is the version of your D365?

Could you try this on a different entity and view and see if you have the same issue. Most likely its to do with data
