We have a global partner with a regional account structure hierarchy: ABC Partner Global HQ, ABC Partner Region (e.g. Europe), ABC Partner Country e.g. Germany. We have created a Partner Portal for them and we need contacts at the Global HQ or Region level to be able to see cases, opportunities etc for customers (accounts) belonging to each of the partner country accounts that are children of the partner account they are assigned to.
I'm not sure whether the Dynamics partner portal can support this or whether it is possible by somehow linking each contact record to the relevant partner account.
