Dynamics 365 Add-In and organization URL is getting removed from configuration wizard.

Hello Al Experts,

I am not sure why this is , but did anyone come across such situation wherein after configuring URL using configuration wizard.

but after some time it's getting automatically removed from the configuration wizard.

Do anyone has any idea , how can we resolve this issue.
