CRM IFD support is coming in the "v-next" release due near the end of this calendar year. However, custom lookup fields in CRM is supported with the FP6 release.

Thank you for your answer. Do you know if it will include support for CRM Internet Facing Deployments and fix for custom lookup fields in CRM?
Connector for Dynamics Feature Pack 6 should be available for download within the next week.
