My company wants to make use of the vendor onboarding wizard, which requires prospective vendors fill in their company details and answer a questionnaire for approval. A key requirement is that the vendor needs to be able to upload documents/files (preferably as a PDF) for one of our questions. For example the question would be: "Please provide us with you Health and Safety certificate", the vendor will then need to upload their certificate onto the questionnaire.
I have tried enabling the attachment button by viewing the Questionnaire page's form info and enabling it under "Organization Administration>Active document tables" but I can't seem to find it.
no unfortunately as far as I know as per standard is a known gap.
You can consider doing one of the following:
1) Request the files after the onboarding;
2) Customize the wizard.
