ReportIssue: The issue happens when updating the customer cards option windows on GP 2016R2 web client. The first update on the customer card (ADVANCED0001) Tax Exempt 1 field under the options window is successful but upon making updates to another customer’s (ADAMPARK0001) Tax Exempt 1 field without closing the Customer Maintenance screen, the update is not successful.
- At Customer Maintenance window (ADVANCED0001), click options, then at the Tax Exempt 1 field, enter “test”.
- After clicking Save, the Customer card (ADVANCED0001) options window is successfully updated.
- Without closing the Customer Maintenance window, we navigate on to update another customer card (ADAMPARK0001).
- At Customer Maintenance window (ADAMPARK0001), click options, then at Tax Exempt 1 field, enter “test2”.
- After clicking Save, Tax Exempt 1 field for customer (ADAMPARK0001) failed to update with “test2”.
