Upgrade - recompile custom workflows and plugins

Hi,

Upgrading from CRM 2016 to dynamics 365 , I noticed that the plugins and custom workflows are working fine eventhough its still using old SDK dlls.

Do you think I need to recompile them with new sdk dll.

    You do not need to do anything since the Plugins and Custom Workflows are working fine.
