Hi team,
On Segment creation getting an error: "Unable to check for errors. Go to the Designer tab and try again" .
Unable to fix this issue.
Any pointers please

Try to troubleshoot with following steps:
1. Refresh the whole page or clear your browser cache, then open segment form again.
2. Switch to another browser to check whether the issue could be reproduce.
3. Check whether any of your security role has been assigned with sufficient privileges on Segment related entities.
Settings > System > Security
Check assigned security roles to your user account.
> Users > Your user account.
Manage entities privileges of security roles.
(In Custom Entities tab.)

I couldnot load segment template and also cannot Successfully save a Segment. this is not in Customer journey

We called those horizontal separation "tab".(Designer, General, Insights and so on.)
When a tab is selected, a blue bottom line will display under its label.
Please check whether you could go live the customer journey when selecting Designer tab.

Sorry as i'm new to marketing i couldn't get u. I don't see any Designer tab. So please can u help me in Switching to Designer tab to fix the issue.
