Dears, how are you?I need a help to configure the CRM Dynamics 365 to use offline.
I followed the steps of the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/mobile-app/configure-mobile-offline-synchronization-dynamics-365-phones-tablets but did not find the option 5 (five), on step 1 (one).
Can someone help?

Mobile offline synchronization isn’t available for Trial, Preview or sandbox Dynamics 365 organizations.
Please kindly check whether your organization is a Trail version, Preview or sandbox.

Sadly, the offline capability for version 9 is still a work in progress and is not generally available see the notes at the top of docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-mobile-offline-synchronization-dynamics-365-phones-tablets . I'm not sure when it will be available but if you have a premier support contract you can be placed in the preview program - otherwise you will have to wait until its generally available...
