I have included the report in App Designer.
I tried to add a Report list in a Dashboard. It works in traditional CRM.
Then open that Dashboard in Customer Service Hub. Error message "Components added to dashboard are not supported to be shown in this client".
I tried to add a sub area in Sitemap Designer of Customer Service Hub.
Save, publish and refresh, no extra sub area shows in Sitemap of Hub.
Does Customer Service Hub not support Reports?

The answer would no it cant be done on the Service Hub Dashboard
Finally, I have to create a separate app, with web type (not Interactive Service Hub type)
Then only include report in that new app.

Hi,
I add a report through Iframe to Dashboard just as the steps described in the following video.
Adding a Report to a Dashboard in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
The report also works in the dashboard in Customer service.
