How to enable description fields dynamics 365 sales

Hello guys.
How do I enable a suggestion in Dynamics 365 Sales form fields?
Suggestion, such as a balloon, which gives a description when the person hovers.

I've seen this on a system, but I can't find the option to enable.

Hi,

You need to add message to description property of your field.

Please see below blog

You can also write javascript to show recommendation/message on your field

Bipin Kumar was right, find the columns you want to edit, enter the text you want to add under the description .

Hi Shenkx ,

You can add tooltip description in entity field create/edit view description in D365.

The description which is added in field settings will be display as an tooltip in form field.
