We are currently using Dynamics F&O and CRM. I am interested to talk with someone who has integrated Dynamics customer service with those. We are an online company with a call center for sales & customer service, it would be nice to have all of the information from F&0/CRM to be shared with the customer service team.

I hope that makes sense and look forward to hearing from anyone.
