Best way to review roles and the right security is not breached

Dear All,

we are using D365FO, In our environment default D365FO roles and rights are assigned to multiple users, I want to review multiple assigns to any user are not breaching role security like. one user who is creating the document is also approving it.

In the above query, anybody knows the best way to review roles and the right security is not breached (segregation of duty).

Hi Amin,

Please check the OOB feature of Segregation of duties, it is just based on duty level.

Hi amin,

You can see how many roles each users have in this entity.

Entity name: "System security user role organization"

Also if you want to export the security configuration(Role-Duty-Priv)

Menu path: [System administration] – [Security] – [Security Configuration] – Data – Export

Rather than depending on system for rules of duty segregation should prepare offline and then use the form for segregation of duties to implement them

May need to work with company auditors as well for inputs
