Closing the Ax Error

i am closing the Dynamics aX client the following error Message Occur,

6471.Error.png

Microsoft Dynamics aX can not connect to the Specified Application Object Sercer(AOS) instance:

this error May caused by the one of following conditions:

The AOS instance May be too busy to accept addtional connections.

the AOS instance may still be intializing after setup.

the host name and port number in the configuration may be wrong.

if this Problem persists contact your system administrator.

    I would also be interested where this comes from. I get this error this from time to time but not regulary or reproduceable. Since it does not affect working at all (it pops up when you close the application) I'm ignoring it until now.

    Hi Srinivas,

    I would suggest to do some monitoring on the number of users which are logged on at each AOS. Also check the hardware resource consumption like CPU usage and memory on the AOS and SQL servers.

    Is this a production environment? Is it reproducible for all users?

    When I encounter this message it always indicated an error between client and AOS.

    Causes I found with customers:

    Wrong settings in config file/register

    DNS Unavailable

    Faulting network card on Client or AOS

    Too many users on AOS which causes full memory on AOS
