License for Using Dynamics 365 Guides.

Hi everyone!

I am developing an AR training app for my master's degree. I have been using a free trial version of the Dynamics 365 Guides to get started. Now, we want to buy a subscription to keep working on this, but at the university, we do not have a lot of budget to pay full licenses.  Basically, what we want to do is create a training app for Hololens 2 using the D365 Guides, and then, integrate this app with a report-issues and inspection temple app in teams to make the operator able to use the training tutorial, do inspection cycles, and reporting issues using the Hololens and mobile phone as well.

In the Microsoft admin center, I can buy the subscription for 780 dollars a year, but what I am not sure if we are going to need to buy something else to do the project mentioned. For example, if a want to use a temple app in teams, should I have to get a subscription for it? or it is included in the license for D365 Guides? as well as Powe BI services and other Power apps services, such as azure.

Also, I found so plans to pay a subscription, such as pay as you go, pay per user, pay per device, so on... I want to know which plan could be better for this propose or if  it is the same and is better to pay the annual commitment.

    Hi Juan Valencia,

Power BI is included in the license. I'm afraid that Azure and temple app in teams are not.

About pay as you go, you could refer to this:

You would better to contact Sales before you purchase the license.
