MS Dynamics RMS Product Activation Key Retrieval

Dear All,

Any idea on how one should be able to retrieve product activation key on RMS 2.0 especially for record purpose and future re-installations for the same machine?

Hi Echerus,

you can get the purchased License keys by logging in to customer customersource with your account. (service plan)

Thank you for your question. SDDXB is correct with saying you could look onto CustomerSource. I have included a Blog which goes over product key problems. Please note that there is no way to retrive the product key off of the computer for RMS 2.0.

In order to retrieve product activation key on RMS 2.0, you should use "KeyGetter" which is best solution :)

For your information, Keygetter gave me 2 keys but Belarc Advisor which is free gave me 11 keys but not Retail Manager or POS keys.

So for Retail Manager both don't work.
