Is there a File Size report or App that I can use to see the growth of ALL the files in the instance/database?
I would think this is a common sense database management tool, but I can't find it anywhere.
I finally found the "Orgazination Insights" App. It was installed on my Sandbox but not in my Production instance.
Once installed I was able to analyze the database file storage and begin purging unnecessary records.

As Mahender suggested, you could use UDS to generate the report of how much space the various entities are taking up in your system. Once you install the solution into your CRM instance, you just double-click on the solution entry in the Settings-Solutions list and a report is generated in a few minutes.
This will guide you to the entities taking up the space and, if you run it regularly, it will give an indication of growth rates.
For other files like Audit Logs, Email Attachments and Notes & Deleting Records, you could refer to this article to learn to access these file size.

I am not aware of any particular tool for the file size, but you can use storage analyser for over all Dynamics 365 storage uds.systems/storageanalyzer
