    Hey!

This looks like D365 CRM OnPrem. It would be important to know the version of it.  However, the error message is quite simple:  when loading areas.aspx, the audit history in an iframe, there's an error converting a value:

        Exception type: CrmException
Exception message: Invalid AttributeType.Decimal with value 2009-02-20 00:00:00.

    Regards,

we know the exception message below:
Exception message: Invalid AttributeType.Decimal with value 2009-02-20 00:00:00.

It looks like you may have somehow gotten a date and time value into a decimal field. You would need to update the value to be a decimal, fix the field definition so it expects a date/time (I know this is not possible online but I'm guessing you can do it on-prem), or clear out the audit values in that field where the error occurs.

thanks Tom's reply and it is not only one record has problem, many records is facing the audit history problem.  Therefore, we hope to have complete solution instead of data patch for each one.  Thanks again.  Please advice

There is the developer information for the Audit table. You'll need to have someone pull values with the wrong format and clear it out (or replace it). I would think you could do a query for values in the decimal field that contain a dash or a colon to find those with a date, then delete them.
