Management Reporter 2012 and Dynamics SL 2018

Hello Everyone.  Are you having trouble connecting to the Management reporter Designer?  Since last Windows Server Updates from last week i have not been able to connect to the Management reporter .  the Event log Goes like This:
 
Service started successfully.
.   
ServiceHost Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.DataAccess.Server.AccountSetService started.
ServiceHost Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.DataAccess.Server.CheckedOutItemService started.
ServiceHost Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.DataAccess.Server.ColumnLayoutService started.
ServiceHost Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.DataAccess.Server.CompanyService started.
ServiceHost Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Service.ConfigurationServiceImplementation, Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Service started.
 
Service started successfully.
 
And then Error:
 
    SOAP security negotiation with 'http://servername:4712/FontStyleService.svc' for target 'http://servername:4712/FontStyleService.svc' failed. See inner exception for more details.
    Machine: SL2018
And the same for all the services from MR
 
This happened starting on last Sunday, the updates were installed succesfully on Thursday    I have windows server 2016 and Dynamics SL 2018 and MR 2012

    I haven't heard from any GP/MR clients with this issue.

    What release of MR are you running?  (MR 2.12.16013.0 is the last release.)

    Has the server been restarted since the updates were applied?

    Does the server have MR on it?  If so, are you able to launch there?  (If you can launch from the server but not other desktops, confirm the time/timeserver match across server and client.)

    There is a new MR blog post related to issues with Edge for viewing (not the service itself):  Management Reporter does not download to Microsoft Excel when using Microsoft Edge
