Quota Check Always Shows Zero Posts on any search term

Posted on by 45

All seemed to work on Monday 2/6/17.  Today when setting up new keyword search topics, with new search rules, doing the Quota Check always shows zero potential posts.  I've tested by just adding Microsoft as a key word only, no inclusions, no exclusions.  Tried just twitter as a source, tried all sources but Instagram.  English is only language selected.

I'm still getting posts from my previous search topics as of today.  If I go back an make a change to one of those and do the quota check, it also now returns zero potential posts.

I've logged out an back in several times.  I'm an admin and manger.

Any thoughts?

Today I'm getting 500 posts for the search topic that was giving me 0 results two days ago. Appears to have been fixed. Thanks HamletDRC.

I think there was a hiccup in the quota check service. My solution quota checks are working again, and yours should be too.

Can you let me know if it is still broken?

    Thanks,

    Hamlet from MSE

Hi Greg, I tried setting up a new Social Engagement instance today and I'm getting the same result. I thought it was just me.

I'll escalate it to Microsoft and update this discussion with my findings.
