Hi,

Does anybody know why for some cases Load ID is not available on the work slip?

Work is released to warehouse with Load ID blank while it actually contains two loads . This is only occuring for work sheets with multiple loads included.

It was for the same customer, has two different shipments with each of different loads but having same wave number.

Hi,

Can you check which specific cases are causing this to happen? You can identify the situation in which this kind of problem will occur, so that it will be much easier to troubleshoot the problem. Is there a corresponding data in the database? You can go to the database to check whether the Load ID of the record is empty, whether the data cannot be displayed or whether there is no data in the database?
