Dear users

I am a D365 F&O user.

Is there a standard feature that prevents other users from seeing the vouchers they have created?

The photos below are difficult to use because they can be viewed by checking them.

If there is a standard function, can it be set for each specific user?

Can you explain again in detail?

Through what path can I go in and set it up?

It is checked by default but cannot be modified. However, certain people can freely modify the checkbox.

Hi @ Community User,

You can try to change permission property of the control (check box control) to manual, create a new security role and privilege.
To show this check box add this control to form control permission on the newly created privilege so without assigning the role to the user he will not be able to see the check box.

I want to default the yellow part of the photo to a checkmark.

And I want to make sure that I can't uncheck it.

However, certain people would like to be able to freely uncheck the box.

Can you please check again with the above information and give me an answer?

Hi,

There's no out-of-the-box functionality like this, what you want is a user who goes to the page without the button you screenshot shows, and only shows the records created by them? If so, you'll have to use custom code to make this happen.
