When viewing question responses from Customer Voice in CRM, the question numbers are not visible. Only the question text. I am not seeing a field that stores this. How is it possible to identify what was question #1,#2,#3, etc...?
You can sort the questions based on the msfp_sequence column from the msfp_question table. This will give you the sequence in which the questions appear in your Customer Voice form.
IS D.Koning talking about the CDS/Dataverse or is he talking about looking at survey reponse in CRM?
Thanks. Did pull in the the msfp_sequence value and it showing values that do not sync with the question number. For instance it shows a value of '600' for question 1, '625' for question 2 and '634' for question 3. Not sure why.
Yes, referring to survey responses in CRM and the ability to pull in question # into CRM.
Customer Voice doesn’t store question numbers directly in CRM. To track them, you could manually add a prefix like “Q1” to the question text or create a custom field in CRM to store the question order.
