We want to customise the Redeem Invitation page in the Dynamics 365 Customer Self-Service portal - all we want to do is add a statement to comply with the new GPDR regulations in the UK, stating that by registering they are agreeing to their details being used.

I can't find anywhere where I can customise this page.

We don't really want to put it in the header or footer and make it appear on every page, and it really does need to be close to the "Register" button so that they can't miss it.
