Facing this issue in mobile app, the OOB quick create form is not working in Mobile app for case entity, where as the i created the other quick create form with same attributes and scripts which works fine

Does this OOB Quick Create form for Case entity work in web? If not, could you provide the error message?

it is oob form & works in web, Created another quick create form with same attributes and scripts, which works fine.
